Re-title this ticket to "choose front/back camera".
And this is not only for tablets but for every mobile in general. Even if I polyfill getUserMedia, usually the first camera stream which is shown is the front facing one, while my app always requires the back camera.
I use MediaStreamTrack see https://github.com/samdutton/simpl/blob/gh-pages/getusermedia/sources/js/main.js The coverage of that is worse than getUserMedia, see http://caniuse.com/#search=getUserMedia vs http://caniuse.com/#search=MediaStreamTrack (?!?!?). Pretty sad. Is there a better way?
