Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure that you have the following installed on your machine:

  • Node.js (recommended version)
  • npm (or yarn)

Getting Started

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/adarsharyan002/auth-backend
cd auth-backend

2. Install the dependencies

npm install

3. Set Environment Variables

MONGO_URI=
JWT_SECRET_KEY=
JWT_LIFETIME=
EMAIL_USERNAME=
PASSWORD=
FRONT_END_URI=

4. Start the server

npm run dev
