problem with fetchClustersSeqs.py

Hi,

I am trying to use the new version of fetchClustersSeqs.py. I used previous version and it worked but somehow it was going into loop and fetching one cluster more than once. So I looked at this new script. But using same input file it doesn't work and exit with "Target cluster not in Map file:" message.

Can you please help me with the problem please.

Also, I was wondering if there is nay script that combines all the sequences that are categorised in same cluster by corset?
