Generates AXI-Lite HDL and documentation, plus getter/setter helpers for python
and C.

A work in progress. Beware, the axi-lite logic is not currently in a working state.

Environment variable setup:

The following environment variables, AXI_LITE_GEN must be set to this directory,
the top level directory of axi-lite-gen, so that the parse.py script can find 
the template files.

usage: parse.py [-h] [-n NAME] inFile

Creates an axi-lite interface

positional arguments:
  inFile                cvs file to parse

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -n NAME, --name NAME  Used as basename for output files and in the output
                        files for parts of module names, ect.
