[BUG] Putting V3 on my Server

For whatever reason, when I put the 1.18.1 version of Ultima on my server, it doesn't work. I tried the earlier versions of the server, and those work fine on the older version of minecraft. But if I want to do the most recent update of minecraft, nothing works. It loads in like a completely normal server and I don't understand because I'm not doing anything different.

Is the Github 3.0 code correct?
