Revised kids signup form

The revised kids signup form needs to go live. This really needs to happen as soon as possible as we will be using it to sign up at least another 250 kids.

nit-picking: header z-index

Hello!

The profile images in the twitter box, as well a YT vids, spill on top of the header. You could do with setting the z-index to something a massive number.

Secondly, font-weight:700 on headings on a font hard-coded to be bold at a normal CSS weight results in a faux-bold stretching effect. Try 'font-weight: 400'
