后期修改意见

  • 可以增加查找筛选功能(例如价格区间,对价格进行排序,专门查看哪个小区等等,目前只是一个大体的搜索(个人看法))
  • 增加轮播图可以点开查看的效果
  • 可在地图上显示小区的具体位置
  • 对多个网站爬取上海的二手房信息
  • 增加发布功能

  • 可以通过后端对每个用户的浏览进行统计分析,比如其常浏览的价格区间,地区,建筑面积等特点的房源进行智能推荐,如果发布一个新的房源,可以智能的对该房源有可能感兴趣的用户进行推荐
