The front page README could use some TLC to better explain/demonstrate the content of the report.

This action extracts billing and usage numbers from an enterprise and creates a report as a GitHub issue in the repository where it is running.

The above gets the point across, but it lacks details such as which "usage numbers" it includes (actions, artifacts, or lfs) and how the report is rendered to the issue (csv, graph image, or words). I think a screenshot would go a long way to address this issue.
