Bot not working?

Hey i tryed to setting up the bot, but when í try to use the help command, this error appear

Bot crashing when running ~myservers

Hello, I'd love to use this however after registering and confirming that the tables are updated in the database, when I run ~myservers the bot crashes and I get the following output:

I've tried node 12.x 14.x and 15.x with no luck. The API key is correct, I've also tried 2 others.
