Getting it to work

I have tried to run the program a few times now and I am having little success. Does it function already or am I missing something. I keep getting an error: Incorrect username or password

Had an error connecting to BR: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://lq.br.lol.riotgames.com/login-queue/rest/queue/authenticate

I already created a Users.txt and LDSconfig.txt.
Users.txt has "BR::3.14.13_13_11_21_11_02::MYUSERNAME::MYPASSWORD". is this correct?

LDSconfig.txt is empty as of the moment.
