The render of the model documentation on https://acep-uaf.github.io/AkAES-model_docs/ is broken because the links to the style sheets are relative and expecting to be at "/" and not "/AkAES-model_docs/".

Pathways to fix this:

• Create a hosting page that lets the existing render be at the "/" level.
• Figure out how to regenerate the docs with the new root "/AkAES-model_docs/"

Link to Barriers report is faulty (the code points to the AkAES/reports folder, but there is no such report/fie in the repository).

At least two of the direct links to complementary reports do not include .pdf and hence they go to a dead end.
