What needs to be done

• Relevant papers need to be transfered from the GIT-Transport-Model archive repo to a directory here. Maybe called papers?

Why does this need doing

• Ease of access to papers, easy to generate a bibliography using zotero

Priority level

• medium

Add other subsystems code from CHMT3017 project into archives

• Code quality doesn't matter for this, its just so that there is a recorded/easy way to access previous code, and for ground work acknowledgement
• If code currently isn't in a repository, it can be included with a simple folder

What needs to be done

• Investigate &/ implement optimisation principles using vectorisation and the parrallel computing toolbox

Why does this need doing

• If we want to eventually run a simulation of a year or more, code optimisation will drastically reduce the run time
