Provide API testing helper

Ideally, when a user requires this gem to their application, they need testing out that their implementation. Most likely they will try to create an actual API call for each time they run their test suite, which is not the best way to go. So let's provide an easier way for the user so that they can include a spec helper and it will provide a way to stub the external API request.
