Migrate from JSQMessagesViewController to MessageKit

MessageKit is the modern replacement for JSQMessagesViewController, which has been deprecated since 2017 (before I created this repo lol). These are the items that need to be replaced:

  • Message object with the sender's UID, display name, date, and text content
  • Blue message bubbles for outgoing messages and light gray message bubbles for incoming messages
  • Attachments and avatars are optional
  • Messages ViewController and CollectionView DataSource (and/or Delegate), with methods to get the message and bubble
  • Sound effects for sending/receiving messages
