We talked a lot about MVP, MVVM, MVI... these days, so we'd like to see them in action as well. Unfortunately, none of them was brought in.

As I was being aware that the work tends to be undone according to your explanation regarding your tight working schedule, so as of now, there is no more push over this repository, so I'll lock down the evaluation based on what you have been accomplished here.

The first issue caught my attention was your language pick: between kotlin or java for development from scratch. They are interchangeable within the same project but it doesn't mean that we should mix them together I believe.

So what I found is your SurveyActivity is written in kotlin but the rest seems to be initialized with Java, is it due to a comfortability reason or confidence in using Kotlin from your pick?
