Description

The aim of the website is for users to submit their motorcycle details and contact details and get a valuation for their bike.

I created this project as a proof of concept for some features, such has the authentication and content management. The website is created using Next JS, uses AWS Amplify for authentication and Contentful to publish the motorcycle stock on the trade portal page. Future improvements will be added including using the DVLA vehicle enquiry API for the registration form and also a database to store the customer information.

Whats Next?

Database

Next on the list is to add a database to collect the customer information once they have completed the registration form.

DVLA API

I want to use the DVLA vehicle enquiry api to auto fill the vehicle details and reg, which will save the user valuable time.
