True random number generator using webcam, inspired by Cloudflare's Lava Lamp Encryption.

But you DO NOT need a Lava Lamp to use this program, because there are many completely random noise in webcam's picture, so all you need is a shitty webcam (which most of the laptops already have one). Then here you go, a simple TRNG.
