Today I have:

• Decided which Dataset I'm going to use, the winner is Open Data BCN
• Created this repository
• Created the repository basic structure and develop branch
• Created a template to insert all the csv files
• Began data cleaning in accidents CSV, the one I'll be using to show:
  • When is the most dangerous time to be on the road (day of the week/time of the day)
  • Which are the safest/least safe neighbourhoods in terms of accicents

20211229

Work done:

• I've finished cleaning one of the csv files, achieving high memory optimization (6MB -> 263.4KB)
• I've set up a Mongo Atlas DB connection
• I've been able to insert all of the documents using insert_many to save database resources
• I've configured an 2dsphere index and inserted all of the documents + geospatial data in MongoDB
• I've started using Github Projects with cards to organize my sprints/work

• I'm still cleaning one of the CSV files
• I'm taking my time to fully understand SettingWithCopyWarning as I really think it is important, and I shouldn't just ignore it
• I've been copying methods to get the Pokemon streamlit dashboard from class as a boilerplate
