Tag Report start msg is acked, but the hardware doesn't send tag reports.

I tried uncommenting this line to see if the Aruba hardware would start sending Aeroscout tag reports, but I never received anything.

# Tag Report Start 
set_msg = ap_msg.B3_pkt(aps[ap_msg.data_payload.get('ap_mac_address')][2])

The other line

# MU Report start
set_msg = ap_msg.B4_pkt(aps[ap_msg.data_payload.get('ap_mac_address')][2])

works and the Hardware is able to ack the message and start reporting.

Were you able to receive Aeroscout tag reports?
Perhaps something is wrong with my controller's configuration
Any ideas?
