Ship and squadron randomiser for Star Wars Armada

Fleetr

A pseudo-random fleet builder for Star Wars Armada that only contains ships, squadrons and named squadrons (i.e. no upgrade cards).

Intended for new players who don't yet know how to build their own fleets, or for quickly setting up a casual game.

Features:

• Add in what expansions you have and how many, and it builds a fleet from the list of ships contained.
• Set total fleet point value.
• Can add weights to the ships vs squadrons ratio (i.e. 65% chance of choosing a ship over a squadron)

Quick roadmap of features that I intend to work on:

Core

• Make app mobile friendly
• Optimise algorithm and properly evaluate to maximum capacity of point value (instead of brute forcing as I am now)

Features

• Add ability to add keyword filtering
• Add ability to add defense token filtering
• Add ability to have dice filtering
• Add ability to have a more granular ratio. For example, user selects 500 total points, and states that 150 must be squadrons.
• Randomise upgrade cards.

Upgrade cards: Should it be pick 100 points of upgrade cards than split across per ship? Or make it completely random?
