hardcode & variables

hardcode, path: /var/lib/libvirt/images 应该是：path: "{{ local_image_url | dirname }}"
variables in group_vars/all，cinder_backend: "ceph" 这个变量应该写在 inventory 文件里，因为经常要改动，写在 all 里的变量应该是不怎么需要改动的。最好去掉这个变量，拆role，然后在playbooks里组合role，但这样改动稍大。
