从百度百科爬取**所有大学校徽
通过 python 从百度词条获取**所有大学校徽，为项目SchoolRush服务
百度词条上大学匹配的URL基本格式为 https://baike.baidu.com/item/北京大学
1、可以抓取**所有大学校徽 2、将可爬取的校徽储存在 文件夹 Badges 中，图片命名为 该校徽对应的大学名 3、采用User Agent伪装为浏览器进行爬取，避免爬虫被封 4、并非所有大学的百度百科 URl 都如基本格式相同，所以将未能访问的URL写入unfinishedURl.txt中，由于数量不大，所以就直接手动从百度百科获取badge了
