Terminals falsely report as offline/no channel

Describe the bug
The terminals report that they have no channel, even though they do and they function normally. This only happens when you place them on regular glass cables, not smart cables. It also fixes itself when you update the cable, by attaching another cable next to it.
Almost certainly related: when you reload that part of the world, the same terminals will instead report as offline (they'll still function fine).
Note: Updating the cable is only a temporary fix and it goes back to being broken the moment you reload that part of the world.

Steps to Reproduce

  • connect a regular glass cable to a functioning ME system
  • attach a Thaumic Energistics terminal to it
  • notice that it looks like it has no channel, even though it works
  • teleport far away and back
  • notice that the same terminal now looks completely offline, but it still works

Allow Item Substitutes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no option to allow the autocrafting to 'ignore' metadata on items, like durability. It's like having the 'Ore-Dict Substitutions' setting disabled on regular crafting recipes.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like it to be able to recognise and use items that aren't strictly what the recipe asks for, e.g. damaged Primordial Pearls when making Advanced Alchemical Constructs, or different colors of wool than what's specified in the recipe when making e.g. Enchanted Fabric (or any other recipe for that matter that can use the ore dictionary/items with different metadata.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't really think there's any different way of doing this other than adding the function to tell the recipe itself that it's allowed.

Recipes craftable without completing research

Describe the bug
You can craft items related to a research entry, the moment you get the first stage of the research, even though there might be more stages required.

Steps to Reproduce

  • get all research up to and excluding a specific Thaumic Energistics one.
  • notice that the research's item is not craftable yet
  • start the research but don't finish it
  • notice the item being craftable before the research is done
  • ???
  • profit

Autocrafting with Items with durability

Describe the bug
When autocrafting recipes that use items that have durability, like the Primordial Pearl, rather than the item losing 1 (or however many it should) durability the items gets used up completely.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have a recipe that uses items that can have durability (e.g. the recipe for Advanced Alchemical Construct)
  2. Request 1 of recipe in Step 1.
  3. It will not give back the item that has durability.

Expected behavior
I expected it to use 1 durability of the item, in this case the Primordial Pearl for the recipe, and then put it back into the system.

Actual behavior
The item, in this case the Primordial Pearl, gets used up completely in the recipe and doesn't get put back in the system.

Arcane Assemblers & Essentia Infusion Providers insta-break when connected

Describe the bug
Thaumic Energistics blocks (TileEntities) break the moment you place them down, if you try to connect them to your network and your network has a security terminal!

Steps to Reproduce

  • make an ME system that has a security terminal
  • place down an Essentia Infusion Provider, so that it connects to the system
  • watch it break right after (ノ´ヮ´)ノ

Expected behavior
Assuming you have permission (or own the security terminal), you should be able to place and connect these things to it directly.

Can lose items when crafting

Describe the bug
If you craft more items than can fit in your inventory, the items get crafted, you get what can fit, but you lose the entire amount
of the input items, as if you made the whole amount.

Steps to Reproduce

  • fill your inventory, but leave just enough space for a couple of items to fit
  • craft items with the arcane terminal, by shift-clicking the output, to attempt to make more than what can fit in your inventory
  • the ME gets drained with more items than needed to craft what actually can fit in your inventory

Additional context
Make sure you have plenty of items to craft with in the ME, so you can see it draining more than it should.
Make sure there's plenty of Vis when crafting, so it doesn't stop crafting due to lack of that instead.

Terminals could be deadly laggy.

Just like the original mod ,terminals are so laggy that can not be used any more.
it always crash the game when opening.
I am playing the E2EE mod pack so maybe there are too many items in the ME system, but I do think this kind of lag is not normal and should be fixed/improved.
