Automatically warn people and delete msg for certain things

Obviously add a blacklist, eg if the sender has roles (excluding Updates as anybody can get it), or if they're explaining that it isn't allowed

• should dm the ban reason and moderator name before banning
• the audit log message should include the ban reason and moderator

port the starboard feature of js bot here

Ban command should have error checking if someone blocked the bot or disabled dms

It should print in the chat if it failed to dm

Log/Code autopasting

Overview

When a user sends a .log file, the bot will automatically send a message containing a link to hastebin that has the file already pasted there (this does not delete the original file sent by the user). This is mainly helpful for people who don't want to download .log files when helping people.

An example of this is shown here in this C# bot.

Runs the releaseNightly.sh script. This would probably require kami-blue/client#1087 first?

I think I'd have to save this for the Kotlin bot due to permissions, and the JavaScript bot is meant to be something skrub can freely push to without anybody running the risk of doing something destructive to the server

Refactor config system to support multiple servers

Right now it's designed in the mentality of only using one central config for everyone. Not good.

Quickly lock all channels during raids.

you should be able to use this if you have manage messages permission

@Permission(NAME) annotation

Instead of adding an if (message.hasPermission(NAME)) in every single argument, add an annotation which checks it before even posting the command!

Both numbers in seconds, first one is the slowmode speed and second one is how long it should be applied before removing it

Make the kotlin bot

MainKt run function opens invisible window.

When run in the dev environment an invisible window called MainKt is opened, this probably shouldn't happen as it is annoying while testing due to focus switches. (using macOS)

`;issue` command does not trim to max size of embeds
