Currently, when you run the program on a fresh install (using npm run start), it will ask you to install Playwright browsers. This is not ideal, especially when you need to package the binary.

The goal is to run the Playwright browser install functions if the browsers don't already exist on the host machine.

definitely want the amount of the rain
optional: the sponsor and how many participants
would also be cool to see how long the rain lasts but that may be impossible

seems like running a new browser will not fix it.

message timestamp in the message is delayed however not the message that was received

probably because the message is edited

everytime you insert a webhook it spams the console which is very confusing for new people

when there is a 1000 rain, it will ping the 1000 rain role. when there's a 10000 rain, it will ping the 10000 rain role and the 1000 rain role.

the program only checks once for a rain then it stops it needs to continue to run
