ender-5-bl-touch-installation's Issues

Not for Ender 5 Pro!

Don't use this version on the Ender 5 pro. the z-axis steps are 2x on ender 5 pro (it has a different z-axis screw) so this version of the firmware will only move up 1/2 the correct amount, which of course your print layer 2+ will be gouging into the layer below.

Issue with putting my Arduino Uno in bootloader

Everytime I try and get my Uno R3 into bootloader I get this error
avrdude: Yikes! Invalid device signature.
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check.

I don't even know if this thread is still alive but if it is anything can help
Thanks

Zoffest BLTouch

When I auto home my Z is 10 I have adjusted my z offset and get -006.7 which I have set in the configuration Probe Z Offsest menu and saved/stored settings.

Now when I auto home instead of Z 10 its Z 16.7 .... I have definatly set a minus figure but its adding it instead... what am i doing wrong here?

Error on compiling

Hi. Thanks for the help.

I recently upgraded my Ender5 to Marlin2.0
I used Arduino IDE to do that. So I have all the setup needed to flash the frimware from "Ender-5-BL-Touch-Installation"

When I try to upload the firmware, I am getting the following error:
I tried multiple times but no luck.
...
Arduino: 1.8.9 (Mac OS X), Board: "Sanguino, ATmega1284 or ATmega1284P (16 MHz)"

fork/exec /private/var/folders/k5/23sw8dms61gbmcgx_0flq1m40000gn/T/AppTranslocation/A09F76DC-F806-4A19-967C-03A249A60ABE/d/Arduino.app/Contents/Java/tools-builder/ctags/5.8-arduino11/ctags: bad CPU type in executable
Error compiling for board Sanguino.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.
...

Note: I have not yet removed the C7 capacitor yet

This project its alive?

Hello,
It's safe to install this? It's this firmware ok for 3.1? The project is alive?
Thank you!
