cr20-pro-firmware-3dpc's Issues

Cr20 BL-touch probing outside of bed

I installed a bltouch and a silent v2.2 motherboard. I load the hex file onto the cr20 but when I auto level it tries to go past the limit switch and tries to probe outside of the bed

Not Printing

Hi,

Load up the firmware to my CR20-Pro with no issues at all.
Got the Z-Offset configured with no problems.

Tried my first print.
After selecting "Print from SD" the bed and hot-end heated up, per normal.
The printer them auto-homed, and dropped the hot end down to print level and freezes.
Just sits there in the middle of the bed doing nothing.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Mesh leveling does not work?

Is it just or the auto bed leveling adjusment does not work for some reason? I tried with both Bed Level on and off (which setting seems to disappear and also the value disappears), but when the first layer is being printed, the Z is not moving at all constantly... Is this normal?

Z-axis suddenly will not move down

Suddenly got an issue with this firmware. Z-axis will not move down at all, only upwards. Not G28, G29, from the menu or anything else. Tried other firmware to make it move downwards and it does. G1 z-10 from octoprint, or any other number, will make it go down but it really struggles and makes alot of noise.

Z-axis does not allow negative values.

Hello,

I just updated to this Marlin version with my CR-20 Pro. While determining the probe offset I noticed that it can't handle negative values (which I need, because I still need to go further down).

Uploading using Arduino IDE

Hey everyone
Did someone try to upload the firmware with arduino IDE? If yes please tell me how.
I’m try to edit the XY offset, but someone tol me that I need to recompile/create a new .hex file (which I googled and did find it out)
Then I got an idea of compile the firmware with arduino IDE, but couldn’t do it, noting that I’m using silentboard V2.2.1 on my CR20-Pro.
Thanks in advance

Thermal runaway

Dear all: Can you please confirm if the Thermal Runaway protection is enabled in this version?
Thank you in advance and kind regards
Markus
