Divide questions according to difficulty level in Matrix.md

create different tables according to the difficulty level

• Create Easy difficulty-level table
• Create Medium difficulty level table

Things to be done:

• Change serial no. heading to Question no.
• Replace the cell data with the question number of that question in leetcode

Remove serial number in String.md

Things to be done:

• Remove the serial number column
• Remove Topic column

In Mareix.md file the format is not correct

• The questions are not divided according to the difficulty level
• the table format is not correct

Create array.md

For creating new MD file:

• create topic.md file (here array.md)
• choose the questions with that topic from README.md
• put those questions into the topic.md
• no need for a serial number in topic.md
• Save the file

Do not delete the questions from README.md

Create the pull request after all this.

bit_manipulation.md is not up-to-date

• AllInOne.md has questions about bitwise manipulation but its md file doesn't.

Update Searching.md easy section

Doesnt included leetocde problems:

*1608. Special Array With X Elements Greater Than or Equal X

• 441. Arranging Coins

And one problem is included twice

Refer to the Array.md for introduction and make the necessary changes

Reference of Introduction should be taken from Array.md.
Just copy the introduction and replace the necessities.

• AllinOne.md has questions about math but the math.md doesn't.
