When choosing a name that contains an umlaut, the name is cut off at the position of the umlaut

For having a faster experience between finishing drawing and seeing the results, the saving of the image should be async and just be awaited in the end when the download button is present.

Display competitive scores during the post game stage. I'm thinking of

• Which player drew the fastest
• Which player guessed the fastest
• Which player guessed correctly most

Context

Many people are playing the game on their phone or tablet for convenience reasons. It would be nice to keep the layout more flexible from the beginning to avoid hassle with table layout in the future.

Reason

Flex Box Layout > Table Layout

When changing the username during a game (after a name was already chosen), the new name is not saved and the old name is still in use

Needs more investigation. Maybe related to concurrent playing groups?

wir haben grade ne Runde gespielt und wor hatten (vllt) nen Bug wo der Host immer wechselte. Ich hatte eigentlich ein Game Room angefangen, konnte dann nicht mehr auf Start klicken und bei einem Refresh war dann jemand anderes Host. Und ein Feature request wäre dass man das Timeout für draw und guess unterschiedlich einstellen kann.

Context

The page where the player is prompted to pick a word contains two buttons. A red one which reads Send and a green one which reads Let the computer choose for me.

I experienced that I clicked the green button accidentally instead of the red one event though I had a word entered in the input field. A green button is more likely to be clicked because it indicates a positive experience.

Solution

Consider re-think the button arrangement and color. Maybe a simple ltr arrangement is enough to reduce the risk of clicking the wrong button (reading direction).
