wsgi-xsendfile -- X-Sendfile implementation in Python

This WSGI application allows you to tell your Web server (e.g., Apache, Nginx) which file on disk to serve in response to a HTTP request. You can use this within your Web application to control access to static files or customize the HTTP response headers which otherwise would be set by the Web server, for example.

Use callable() check

Python 3.4 supports callable() and it could be used here: https://github.com/2degrees/wsgi-xsendfile/blob/master/xsendfile.py#L94

NGINX can't find 'quoted' filename

Our setup is uWSGI with nginx.

When using a file containing some special characters, such as + or @, _Sendfile encodes the path, so that

'/internal-cerri-upload/[email protected]'

becomes

'/internal-cerri-upload/test_person%2B12%40website.com.bmp.thumb.png'

nginx then can't locate this file.

Move mod-auth-token replacement outside this library

It should've been in a separate package.
