CRD Fixer not working until rebooted

I came across an issue while using my script today where the Task was running but it just wasn't launching the powershell command for some reason.

I did some troubleshooting on it, it seems that Task Scheduler wasn't launching anything at all when running as the SYSTEM user. As a Local User account, it was fine.

I fixed the issue by rebooting.

But my concern is that it could happen again and then I'd need to go on-site again to do the reboot.

If anyone has a similar issue, please let me know so that I can do some more troubleshooting on it to try solving the problem without a reboot.

Auto start fix

Can you make a fix that force the service to start on boot?
It won't startup even it's set to Automatic, it's so annoying
