Option to remove chat notification upon logging in

Hello,

Thank you for lovely addon
Can we please get an option (or remove entirely) the chat notification on every login / reload?
A lot of users like me enjoy minimalistic non-spam UI. I dont think this will be missed as we really have no use for this info.
(everyone i know just uses minimap buttons, and if the point is explaining the slash command, then perhaps it can be shown somewhere else?)

Notes are stored by Toon -- Request Toon-Realm instead

Suggestion:  track notes by Toon-Realm. 
Having toons on different Realms with the same name will result in toons sharing notes.

Minor modification request: window strata (perhaps optional)

Could we raise the strata of main window so it is on top of all other windows?
Or perhaps an option for this?
(by default i feel like window should be at the very top of all other windows)

Noteworthy in Classic_ERA opacity broken

Hi,
The opacity of the dropdown panels opacity is broken - there is no shading at all thus I can see all the screen behind the dropdown panels. This has occurred on alot of addons recently with Blizz's update

Feature Request: allow window scale option

Would this be possible?
The window is a bit too large for me, especially on my ultrawide screen :)
It looks gigantic compared to everything else
