Feature Request: custom NotificationChannel

Currently there's no way to specify the NotificationChannel used by the notification, would be nice to have it available, since it's very much visible to the users, and gives us more options for configuration.

New feature needed

  1. repeat notification every week
  2. open default app, when tapping notification

Query

Will this work if the phone is restarted?
and how to check if my scheduled notification is still active or not.
