Support a way to ACK long process function

In current version, when invoking a remote function that takes long for any reason
timeout cause the caller to throw exception, which is not desired.

We have two method to fix this.

1. Register all remote functions and remove timeout.
2. Reply an ack message to callee that is the function is receieved and you need to wait

Support for invoking natives in one round

A way to support invoking multiple natives, in one request

consider a native that depend on another native result.
such as blip natives.

Using it without bundler

The current version is requiring a bundler in order to
pack it to the distributed js files.

Todo:
Should not force the user to use bundler and support
both ways

Invoking client rpc resolved more than once

Invoking client rpc with invalid server id, then invoking again with valid server id
that resolve while the first is in pending state. cause the previos to resolve
with second invocation result.

Error when global.rpc accessed
