Microsoft deprecated the old method of generating UML models from code, in favor of the new code map functionality. Discussion of changes here.

Need to take care of the TODOs in Alice.cs. Remove test code and finish implementing the customer part of the protocol.

1. Make Secret Splitting more secure by using ProtectedMemory. DONE 6d3639c
2. Reimplement Alice's Name and PersonalData. Remove Name entirely and move PersonalData (as a CustumerData object) to superclass. DONE a7cbea9
3. Finish implementing bit commitment. DONE 6cc1fbe
4. Implement the blind signature protocol. See #11
5. Overload Equals for CustomerData, for convenience. Plus, easy unit testing. See #12

Going to finish this with separate branches and separate issues, since this one is going to be a fairly large PR.

As per the protocol, the Bank is a critical portion of the whole scheme.

this is needed to allow comparison of deserialized objects to make unit testing more thorough.

The merchant actor is the final piece of the puzzle.

Blind signing is a core piece of the customer.

This might make the code cleaner. Can use a local database made with the Data Tools.

This has been roughed out, but it needs a lot of work. Will do this last.
