We need a way to say that someone’s previously signed CLA is no longer valid.

• Currently, contributors can only see the CLA they signed through PR check details link. There isn't any management page for them.
• They should also be able to manage their own CLA agreement. At the very least, be able to cancel/invalidate on their own.

We need some custom fields required based on user's choices.

We don't want Microsoft employee and intern to sign a CLA.

• The UI for looking at contributors etc likely does not scale to 1000s. One big flat list with no searching etc
• It also needs to show more info about the entry so that a user can quickly scan and find, for example, all the people from company X

A big company like Microsoft has several orgs on GitHub. We want contributors to simply sign one CLA to works on multiple orgs.

Right now cla-assistant has an exception list. But it's not easy to set and use.

We want search PRs based on labels.

Importing old CLAs currently only brings in the user’s GitHub ID. We will need to populate the record with more info from the past.
