Enables adding, removing (+ updating) annotations via transplants

requires modifying the constructor and static initializer.

This would allow:

If transplant implements interfaces, add interfaces to recipient

enables:

• lambdas in transplants
• pulling in additional classes; probably by putting @Graft.Fuse on a non-transplant class

This allows retrofitting interfaces to a class when the methods already exist in the recipient, but are non-public.
