klp-lame-keycaps's Issues

"combined" stl files are not being accepted by Jlcpcb as witten in README

I tried to order the choc stl saddle combined https://github.com/braindefender/KLP-Lame-Keycaps/blob/master/STL/Choc/Combined/KLP-Lame-36-keys-Saddle-Combined.stl from jlcpcb and got the response that every stl file should only contain one part. I think the issue is that the keycaps are not connected thus being seen as different parts by jlcpcb.

Full response from jlcpcb:
Dear Sir/Madam, multiple parts (shells) were detected in your file, sorry to tell you that each file could only support 1 part (shell) for printing, please kindly separate the multiple shells into single files to place the order separately. Thanks !

Increase home keys bumps

The current version has a very small bumps to indicate home keys. When printed with 50 micron mSLA printer those nibs are very hard to feel.
I tried increasing the ball diameter to 2mm and only having two of those and it feels good to use.

I can provide pictures of printed caps if needed.

STL for thumb choc

Hello
STL file for thumb version in Choc folder is actually same as normal homing.

How to make the key caps transparent

I'm new to the world of custom ergo mech keyboards. I also know nothing about 3D printing.

My question is if i want to order on the manufacturer can i choose the transparent color? Is there a technical term for it? And whether there is anything i should note when I'm choosing manufacturer

Thanks!

MX combined version

I wanted to order from JLCPCB, but it seems like the guides explain that we should use the combined version. However, only the choc version has the combined option, not the MX. Is there any chance this can be added in the future?

1.5U?

Any plans to make 1.5U thumb? For Chocofi and similar keyboards.

Saddle homing stl

Can you make a Saddle homing stl for us that cant use Fusion please :)
