Add user

Also add roles to user

Admin left menu add active class to active link

Catch server site errors and show vue client

For example: When creating role that already exist, no errors show on page, and role does not add.

Top menu is not mobile friendly and hamburger button doesn't work.

To fix this replace navbar with bootstrap-vue native navbar

Client validation on tabs in form

Actual error is "RoleName is required" but user cannot see the actual error when another tab active.
