Improve logging (like OpenHAB does it) about node-zwave-js

A little brainstorming:

✔️ I like the tag format
✔️ Work with unicode symbols instead of full sentences more often
❓ Fixed width to right-align tags? 80/100/120 chars?

logging namespaces:

• io: lowest level, contains raw data (transmitted and received):

  [TX] 0xc0ffee...deadbeef (26 bytes)

• driver: interpretation of the data in message form, basic control flow:
