Gold Dust can't be obtained more than once at certain locations. about mm-rando

Since release v0.2.2 this has been "fixed" for chests, school and lab fish by preventing Gold Dust from ever being placed there.

Would be preferable to fix those locations to actually reward Gold Dust properly.

The current plan is to replace the Gold Dust Bottle with plain Gold Dust (this will also fix the issue where if you have 6 bottles you can't get the Gold Dust Bottle) and then replace a Red Rupee with an Empty Bottle. I'm going to place the new Empty Bottle into the Mountain Village Spring Grotto chest. I will update my pull request with this plan.

In my opinion, it would be best to update the logic to use the new Empty Bottle in place of the Gold Dust Bottle.
