Add instances of Debug for all Scala standard library types about zio-prelude

@sken77 just noticed you put up a PR for this. I was also working on the same thing (I know this has been waiting for a while, sorry about that!).

My understanding from @jdegoes' previous comments was that you were going to work on something else. We could split the work by taking different instances or you can continue working on this alone if you prefer and I can take another issue. Let me know what you think!

Also we need "Scala rendering" which @sken77 didn't address yet, although I left some comments...

@jdegoes I talked to @sken77 and he said he was going to work on the rendering. I'll see what else I can do.
