As the test shows, the failure occurs somewhere along the path of the first CIfEnableEventTask from CPythonProxyImpl's Start process. It could be from the bridge, reqfwdr, or the client itself.

The fix assumes the caller of AddStartTask make sure no other tasks come ahead of the start task. And A more reliable fix w/o assupption is using a taskgroup carrying both a function setting the 'm_iState' to 'stateStarted' and the user's start task 'pTask', and then passing the taskgroup to AddSeqTaskIf. The latter is not performance friendly. The former is simple and faster, but must satisfy the assumption.
