Matisse now supports 3 languages:

1. English (values/strings.xml)
2. Simplified Chinese (values-zh/strings.xml)
3. Taiwan Traditional Chinese (values-zh-rTW/strings.xml)

And as @coderkan mentioned above, anyone can contribute.
