Didn't you forget to comment the last line of the config file (the ECHO variable) ?
If no could you post the content of you config file on some pastebin (https://gist.github.com/ for example), not forgetting to remove any personal information before, and give the link here ?

...durr. Silly me! Yeah, I forgot to comment the ECHO line back out. It wasn't working before, so I had turned that on to debug, and I could've sworn I toggled that on and off, but clearly not, as I just tried it now and it works fine. Thank you for solving a problem that was entirely of my own making!
