name C++ threads with pthread_setname_np about ice

One problem is that this name is limited to 16 characters in Linux Kernel, with our current naming schema for threads we will not be able to use it

Seems too long to work with this API

I closing this for now 16 character name doesn't seems that useful, we will need some kind of sort name schema if we were to implement this.

Something like that could work, but we will need to add a new sort name to the Thread something we cannot do on 3.7.2, or dynamically map long thread name to its sort name but that seems more complex
