What to do with files operations? about sci-corpus

Open and save, for me, is an action over .db file, which means that we open a db file ou save it. Is that the same for save as (justa changing the name) and close that closes the db file, but not close the program.

Import/export actions should work with other formats, like .json, .xml... Please, see the question JSON SQLITE.

Open will connect to the database and close will commit and then close the database.
For now import will only work with XML properly formated,
Export will not be handle now.
