installation is too distro specific and needs sudo about helm-secrets

I am still encountering this error on Manjaro:

$ helm plugin install https://github.com/futuresimple/helm-secrets 
sops is already installed:
sops 3.3.0 (latest)

* Helm-secrets wrapper for helm binary: ln: failed to create symbolic link '/usr/bin/helm-wrapper': Permission denied
Error: plugin install hook for "secrets" exited with error

sudo doesn't do the job. (Error: plugin home "$HELM_HOME/plugins" does not exist)

I'm also on Manjaro and this worked for me:

• install sops from aur
• install plugin

Yeah, I also still had the same issue. Installing sops before did fix it.
