yep, same as me. but it is just for a specific file. the other files seem to have normal output

well for some reason after i restarted my machine it worked fine , always works :)

It seems that zsteg present in the docker image of this repo works https://github.com/DominicBreuker/stego-toolkit . However, the zsteg version in current Kali OS version
