Tag behaviour about hashtwm

I certainly should be! But HashTWM is here to stay for now so if I can make it's users more comfortable then that's a plus too :)

1. I'm not sure how possible this will be, without setting up "virtual workspaces" of sorts. This is something I might be able to look into though, as it is how I wanted to originally implement tags/workspaces, and I believe Windows does have an API for it.
2. This should be an easy fix, I'll see if I can add a command-line flag for this soon.

I think it's better to focus on the future ETWM in the end, and it's not fair for me to ask you to implement bits and pieces until I get a proper i3 clone for Windows. :P

I'll close this (since I'd open more issues, like a proper key remap and so on; see I can't stop and you're a nice enough person to answer, let alone actually code it :D) and I'll keep an eye on your repos.

No problem, I will still try and get this feature done since it should be a quick one, but I certainly have some grand visions for a future WM :)
